All M’iTiK® jewelry are guaranteed 1 year since the date of the product’s reception.
The will of M’iTiK® is to bring you complete satisfaction and that’s why we offer you a 1 year guarantee on all your purchases, as soon as you present your invoice. This free customer service concerns manufacture issues, as for instance, loss of stone. This guarantee doesn't cover usual wear caused by the use of the jewelry or due to an inappropriate use of the jewelry (broken, put out of shape, accidental event or other external cause). Please, respect the precaution to make your jewelry lasts a lifetime.
Jewelry box and mini-catalogues are not covered by guarantee.
For all M’iTiK® products :
Except items on sales, you have 30 days, from the date of your product shipment, to exchange it or ask for a credit note. The product must not have been worn and has to be return with its original jewelry box.
Items returned uncompleted (without box for instance), damaged or dirty won’t be exchanged and won’t benefit from a credit note.
To protect your item during the shipping, you just have to put it carefully in its packaging of origin, in an adapted cardboard box (not a paper envelop) and return it to the address on the invoice.
Cost and risks of transport are in charge of the sender. We remind you that items have to be returned by registered mail.
